Clonduff Presbyterian Church held their annual Harvest Thanksgiving services on Sunday 24th September, 2006.

The morning service commenced at 10.45 am and in the evening at 6.15 pm with a short time of praise and worship preceding the service. The choir opened with the introit ' The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases' using the words of Lamentations 3 and also sang the Anthems, 'You're the Word of God the Father' and 'The harvest call' ably prepared by the organist Mrs Alison Anderson. The worship was led by the choir accompanied by the worship team of Alison (piano), Jenna (keyboard), Esther (flute) Leonard (bass guitar) and Joe (guitar).

A DVD was played at both services showing the wonder of God's creation and using the song 'All creation worships You.'

Our minister, Damien Boyle, was the speaker at both services and gave a clear presentation of the gospel aligned to the Thanksgiving theme of the season. In the morning service he spoke of Jesus being The Bread, The Vine and The Light challenging all who were there if they are trusting in this same Jesus for their salvation.

After the 'packed' evening service, supper was served in the church hall. Almost everyone stayed for further fellowship and chat with many friendships renewed and rekindled over a cup of tea.

The preparations for the building had commenced on Friday night with an enthusiastic team of people decorating the church with flowers, fruit and vegetables which added to the occasion. A few photos below show the inside of the building adorned with various produce.
